Tuition and Fees

Fort Hill Child Development Center's costs for services are based on a 52-week period. NO DEDUCTIONS FOR ABSENCES, VACATIONS, OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE MADE.

The center is closed for 10 holidays each year: One day at New Year's, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the following day, and 2 days at Christmas.

HOURS OF OPERATION: MONDAY-FRIDAY 6:30AM-6:00PM

  • Parents receive an Agreement Form with the application form stating the rates agreed upon for services rendered. A non-refundable enrollment fee of $50.00 and a non-refundale application fee of $25.00 are due at the time of enrollment. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
  • A once a year fee of $8.00 per child is billed to your account to cover accident insurance from Nationwide. March is the annual billing date for FHCDC clients.
  • CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Checks or money orders must be made payable to Fort Hill Child Development Center (you may put FHCDC on check) and delivered to the Office Manager or Director at the center, or placed in the Parent Payment Folder on the bulletin board across from the office.
  • PLEASE write your child's name on the check along with the dates for which you are paying.
  • PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE DURING THE CURRENT WEEK OF SERVICE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON.
  • A written notice of delinquent accounts will be issued after a payment is one weekin arrears. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw your child, if your account is two weeks in arrears (unless otherwise agreed upon).
  • A twenty-dollar ($20.00) charge will be added for payments not received during the current week of service. A thirty-five-dollar fee will be applied to returned checks. Two returned checks will require future payments to be made by MONEY ORDER.
  • There will be a twenty-dollar ($20.00) late fee per child for picking your child up between 6:01 pm and 6:15 pm. There will be an additional thirty-dolar ($30.00) charge per child for picking your child up after 6:15 p.m. Consistent late arrivals may result in losing your child's space at Fort Hill.
  • Parents will be issued a key fob that will allow access into the building Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. excluding holidays when the center is closed. Parents may have as many key fobs as they need. Each key fob will require a nonrefundable $10.00 deposit. In the event that a key fob is lost or stolen the parent must report it to the Fort Hill office immediately to be deactivated.
  • We offer website service. The camera is thirty-dollars ($30.00) per month. We will automatically bill the website fee after the first month unless notified by the parent.

Two weeks notice will be given before a change of rate is made.

1 child 6 weeks - 23 months $210.00/week
1 child 24 months - 35 months $190.00/week
1 child 36 months - 47 months $170.00/week
1 child 4 - 5 years - $165.00/week
Fees will change with week ending of the child's birthday.

After School (K-5th grade) $65.00/week
Van Transportation for School Age Children $7.50/week
Summer Camp (K-5th grade) $135.00/week
Early Dismissals for School Age Children $15.00/day
School Delays for School Age Children $15.00/day
Daily Rate for Out of School Days $20.00/day
Daily Rate only for Christmas Break and Spring Break $30.00/day not to exceed the Summer Camp rate of $135.00/week

Fort Hill afterschool and summer camp services will be for children ages 6 years or Kindergarten through 11 years or 5th grade. Due to space, Fort Hill summer camp will only be offered for those children with younger siblings attending fort Hill and those children enrolled, full-time, in the after school program.

PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

The PARENT AGREEMENT is included with your application papers and serves as a contract between you and Fort Hill Child Development Center. This agreement must be signed by both parties prior to your child's first day at the center.

CONNECT/LINK POLICY

All Connect/Link clients must attend the center at least 20 days per month for a minimum of 4 hours per day in order to maintain their space at Fort Hill. All co-pays must be paid, in full, at the beginning of each month.

WITHDRAWAL

In the case that parents withdraw a child from Fort Hill Child Development Center, the following policy will be observed: If advance notice is made in writing and delivered to the Director or C0-Director at least 7 calendar days before the child is withdrawn, charges will cease at the end of the day of withdrawal. If advance written notice of at least 7 calendar days is NOT made, the parent agrees to pay for one additional week following the date of withdrawal. We request that an exit form be filled out upon withdrawal.
